Zlatan’s Early Life
Zlatan Ibrahimovic was born on October 3, 1981, in the small town of Malmö, Sweden, to a Bosnian father, Šefik, and a Croatian mother, Jurka. As a child, Zlatan was raised in the shantytowns of Rosengård and Bendiksbo. Growing up, he was an ardent fan of the Swedish club Malmö FF, and he even had a trial with the team at the age of 15. However, he was ultimately not offered a contract.

Zlatan’s time in the Netherlands
In September 2004, Ibrahimović transferred to Dutch club Ajax for €8.7 million. On his debut for Ajax, he scored twice in a 5–1 Eredivisie home win over Willem II Tilburg on 3 October 2004.

By the time he left for Paris Saint-Germain in 2012, Zlatan had still managed to score 56 goals in 85 games for Milan. But it was clear that his time at the club had come to an end.
